In this workshop you will imagine that you are a creator of an innovative technology, important in the world of science and medicine. Through a case study and group exercises, you will learn about the basic aspects of entrepreneurship, common Do’s and Don’ts in the field, and other challenges one faces when embarking on an entrepreneurial adventure. You will have an opportunity to ‘create’ your own start up, exchange your ideas and hear the perspectives of experts. It doesn’t matter what it is you’re studying. Based on MojPosao.ba portal’s data from last and the current year, we will present the current trends in the job market, which job positions were advertised the most on the portal and how best to present yourself and prepare for an interview with a potential employer. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn what the employment recruitment process look a like, when a client requests us to find them an employee candidate.
