During its “13th Days of BHAAAS in Bosnia-Herzegovina,” Bosnian-Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences will organize the

International Conference on Sustainable Development – ICSD 2022

It is our pleasure to invite all professionals, researchers, academics, scientists, engineers, and students from all over the world to take part in the International Conference on Sustainable Development at the annual Days of BHAAAS 2022. The conference will consist of several symposia providing insights into the latest research in interdisciplinary advances in sustainable development encompassing architecture, urban planning, civil engineering, social sciences, humanities and more. At the same time, this conference will provide a venue for exchanging breakthrough ideas, establishing and strengthening collaborations, and providing networking opportunities between professionals, scientists, industry and policy makers.
This will be a unique opportunity to present your findings and publish your results! Only the papers that are deemed to be of high research quality by the peer reviewers will be considered for publishing.

Symposia Topics:
Paper and presentation topics include (but are not limited to): Economics and Business, Architecture and Urban Development, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, Arts and Humanities and more.

Additional Symposia:
Based on the number and scope of the papers received, a variety of additional thematic symposia may be organized where authors will be able to present their papers.

Conference Proceedings:
Papers that are accepted and presented during ISDC 2022 will be published in the

Springer’s LNNS series

and will be indexed in ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and Springerlink.

Peer review:
Papers whose content is determined to be within the scope of the conference topics will be sent out for peer review by two experts in the field.  Papers will be evaluated based on relevance, level of novelty, depth of contribution, and overall quality. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review by any other journals or conferences.

Paper formatting and submission:
Full Papers must be formatted according to the Springer template (download template). The minimum word count is 3000 words.

BHAAAS will facilitate an online presentation option for authors from outside Bosnia-Herzegovina who cannot physically attend the symposia. We are closely monitoring the ongoing situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and the effects of new variants on the overall health and safety protocols. Therefore, BHAAAS retains the right to adjust its conferencing model accordingly as the situation develops.
