Call for papers

Following the successful completion of its Sustainability Programme at the 14th Days of BHAAAS in Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina), the Bosnian-Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences is delighted to announce its upcoming

International Symposium on Sustainable Urban Development 2024

We extend a warm invitation to scientists, engineers, young researchers, and students worldwide to participate in the BHAAAS Symposium on Sustainable Urban Development during the 15th annual Days of BHAAAS 2024, to be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from June 20th to June 23rd, 2024.

This symposium will serve as a platform to explore the latest insights, research, and interdisciplinary advances in sustainable development. The event offers a wonderful opportunity for participants to strengthen existing professional partnerships, forge new connections, and engage in the exchange of innovative ideas. It is open to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including those from academia, industry, policy-making, and civic society.

The symposium will facilitate dialogue among representatives from the international community, local governments, subject matter experts, and the general public on topics pertinent to the sustainable development of the built environment and its socio-economic dynamics.
